Which data we process
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, the name of your practice, your email address, your phone number, the subject and the content of your message.
If you work with us, we also process the data needed to carry out and invoice cases, such as your practice details and the information on lab slips.
When you visit the website, technical data needed to show and secure the website is processed, such as your IP address and browser type.
Why we use this data
- to answer your question or prepare a quote (steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest);
- to carry out, deliver and invoice cases (performance of the contract and legal obligations);
- to keep the website secure and block spam (our legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for any other purpose and we never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep your data
Messages sent through the contact form and emails are kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up your request. Accounting data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share data with
We only share your data when this is needed for our website or our services, for example with our hosting provider, our accountant or the Google services described below. Appropriate agreements on confidentiality and security are in place with these parties.
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect the contact form against spam we use Google reCAPTCHA by Google Ireland Limited. Google may receive your IP address and data about your browser and your use of the website. Google Maps
On the contact page you can load a Google Maps map. The map is only loaded after you click on it yourself. From then on your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and technical data and may set cookies. More information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
Our website uses necessary cookies to work properly and to remember your cookie preferences. Other cookies are only placed if you give your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page.
Links to social media
Our website contains links to our pages on Facebook and Instagram. When you click such a link, you leave our website and the privacy policy of that platform applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict it or request a copy of your data in a file. To do so, send an email to info@nevedent.be. We reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. The website uses a secure connection (https).
